The 20th Thai Sikh Run

The 20th Thai Sikh Run marks the 20th anniversary of the Sikh community of Thailand’s 10 km run around Bangkok’s famous “Ratnakosin Island”, which is raising funds for various charity organisations. A special 20 km route is included this year along with a 8.5 km run and a 2.7 km health walk.
The Thai Sikh Run 2013 starts from Phahurat Road, Bangkok’s main shopping center 100 years ago. Runners will pass ancient landmarks, The Temple of Emerald Buddha, Sanam Luaung, the Democracy Monument, Rama VIII Bridge, the Phra Pin Klao Bridge, Thammasart University and Phra Sumen Road.
